Community Leader Approach

The community leader approach is designed to bring diverse leaders together to enhance learning, share practices and engage in discussions on how to create and maintain a thriving and psychologically safe workplace.

A workplace culture expert from Ember experience will guide participants through facilitated discussions aimed at providing actionable steps that they can take to enhance effectiveness and safety in the workplace. This service includes: 

• Quarterly facilitated sessions on emerging or important topics 
• 6 one-on-one coaching sessions for leaders
• An additional 5 hours of coaching to be used as a leader requires
• Access to leadership resources

This option is ideal for people leaders who are seeking to make more connections with professional peers from other municipalities.

The cost is $3500/participant + GST (Group Pricing Available Upon Request).
